About Us: KC Wineworks opened in 2016 and produces exclusively Missouri wines and cider. We specialize in dry and semi-dry styles that showcase the delicious flavors of our local grapes.
Barrel Room Event Space
The Barrel Room Event Space can seat up to 44 people with standing room for up to 49 people maximum.
Seating Options:
• 9 low-top tables each capable of seating 4 people
• 4 high-top tables each capable of seating 2 people
• 1 TV available for presentations
Tasting Room
The Tasting Room can seat up to 18 people with standing room for up to 30 people maximum.
Seating Options:
• 2 low-top tables each capable of seating 4 people
• 1 high-top tables each capable of seating 2 people
• 8 high top chairs at the main bar
• 2 TVs available
• 1 main bar for serving wines, cider, and slushies upon request
Barrel Room & Tasting Room
The Barrel Room & Tasting Room spaces can seat up to 62 people with standing room for up to 75 people maximum.
Seating Options:
• 11 low-top tables each capable of seating 4 people
• 5 high-top tables each capable of seating 2 people
• 8 high top chairs at the main bar
• 3 TVs available
• 1 main bar for serving wines, cider, and slushies upon request
Outdoor Street Cafe
The Outdoor Street Cafe can seat up to 26 people with standing room for up to 30 people maximum.
Seating Options:
• 6 low-top picnic tables capable of seating 4 people
• 1 low-top picnic table capable of seating 2 people
Room Rental Rates
All rentals will be charged a 4% + $50 administration fee
Weekend Rates: Friday and Saturday
• Barrel Room Event Space: $300 an hour (two hours minimum) with $500 food and beverage minimum + taxes and 20% gratuity
• Barrel Room & Tasting Room Spaces: $500 an hour (two hours minimum) with $900 food and beverage minimum + taxes and 20% gratuity
• Street Cafe: $200 an hour (two hours minimum) with $400 food and beverage minimum + taxes and 20% gratuity

Other Considerations:
Alcohol : Outside alcohol is not allowed unless otherwise specified in Private Event agreement
Animals : Only service animals, as defined by law, are permitted indoors. The Street Cafe is animal-friendly
Catering : Outside food catering is allowed through a licensed catering facility only unless otherwise specified in Private Event agreement
Decorations : No decorations are allowed unless otherwise specified in Private Event agreement
Deposit : A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and is non-refundable
Linens : KC Wineworks does not provide any table linens, napkins, flatware, or serving utensils
Minors : Must be accompanied by an adult (21+) at all times while on premise
Parking : Only street parking is available on the premises
Smoking : KC Wineworks is a smoke-free facility, which includes vaping, and is extended to the Street Cafe
